Sean Davey originated from Australia’s island state of Tasmania and gained an intense appreciation for nature’s beauty from a young age. He worked his way up through the Australian surf magazine scene throughout the 80’s and branched out internationally through the 90’s even scoring the double page cover of Surfer Magazine’s “Mo Hollow” issue with an epic barrel shot of Sunny Garcia during his championship season. Since the decline of surf publishing, particularly in the USA, Sean turned his attention towards marketing his prints and canvas and has proven to be quite successful at it with 1000’s of his prints hanging in homes all over the world. To this day, Sean add’s to his folio of imagery on a typically every other day basis.
