Alrik Yuill (b. 1979, Goleta, CA) resides in Costa Mesa with his fiancé and works as an artist. A polymath of local to international art and beach culture, Yuill pursues excellence in sculpture, drawing, painting, printmaking, as well as surfboard shapes and design theory. Classically trained, a graduate of the Laguna College of Art and Design, his work transcends categorization, integrating meditative and playful themes of his coastal life while giving voice to a unique perspective in the visual dialogue of motifs that metamorphosize throughout the history of art.
